A local school has 6 locations and 30 class rooms, each class room has one printer in the R300 line, the computer lab has an additional 10 printers total is just under 200 units. The current objective of this RFP is to reduce their ink cost over all. Each unit will need a starting supply of 1 liter of ink, and and easy injection system. Each CISS system will need the unlimited self-resetting chips.

Please provide the following, cost per unit, which would include CISS unit, with reset chips and 1 litter of each of the 6 colors. We will purchase a total of 200 units in one lot. In the bid I will also need size and weight of the purchase. If you have a inexpensive freight option please provide this in your bid.

This is for only 50 units, this is a major print outlet and has 50 units which would like to reduce the cost of operation for graphic design proofing which will mean a very reliable CISS unit.  This unit needs the 8 color CISS unit.

If you are interested in submitting a RFP for this, we are willing to purchase an additional 50 units to offer on eBay and will sell the as one unit at a time.
